Together (3 haikus)

One foot slid in first;
a whole body followed next.
Waves of chlorine splash.

Arm swings over head,
heavy breathing by lap five.
Panting, I stop; float.

First I saw his smile;
he jumped in, to join me here
Happy, we kick and laugh.
